As we go thru the day with our pets it's unbelievable how much time & energy we spend with them! If you're like me I want to include my dog in everything I do (if you can!). I even get separation anxiety if I'm going to be gone overnight or longer. I want to take Cola with me everywhere in the car (weather permitting). She loves going for rides in the car--all I have to say is Bye Bye & she's ready to go! She's just like a member of the family!

Yes, I am my Rottweiler's mom! I will be sharing photos & videos featuring Cola, my beautiful Rottweiler dog. She's just over 6 years old, but still acts like a little baby! We adopted her in Sept. of 2008 (when she was 3 years old). She was my neighbor's grandson's dog--he was working & going to college & just couldn't devote the time & attention to her that was needed. When we found out she was up for adoption we went to meet her & spent a little time w/ her. Frankly, I was a little nervous about meeting her--I'd watched "The Omen" a few times & had the misconception about Rott's--you know, like they were supposed to be the most evil dogs in the world! Within minutes of meeting her she melted our hearts! She came home with us about 5 days later & completely took over our home & hearts...
